The School Christmas Store is in its second year and it is in full swing. It has been a project for the High School Ramp Up group of Mrs. Eastwood in collaboration with Mrs. Akerman's students and Mrs. Uhren's speech students. New and gently used items have been generously donated by staff members, community members, and community groups, including the Our Lady of The Lake Catholic Church. These items were organized and displayed for preschool age students, after school program students, and other students groups to "shop" (free of charge) for their family members. This has continued to be a rewarding, heart-warming project which reminds all of us about the true meaning of the season.
