What's Happening @ 542...Chinese cooking!!!
On Wednesday, November 16, the Chinese 1 class explored Chinese cuisine and made two recipes, Jiaozi (Chinese Dumplings) and Chunjuan (Eggrolls). The jiaozi were fried and steamed and the chunjuan were deep fried. The recipes for both can be accessed by clicking on the links below.

Members of the Battle Lake School BPA Chapter attended the 2022 Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) October 30-31 in Alexandria, MN. While there, students participated in group activities, leadership sessions, testing preparation, speaker presentations, and so much more. It was a great kickoff for BPA, getting students excited for the competitive year ahead. Our first competition is the Region 7 Conference scheduled for January 20, 2023!
